Cancellation terms depend on the services booked, the hotels and transport providers involved and how close to travel the cancellation is made. The terms that apply to your trip will be stated in your quotation.
How to cancel
Send your cancellation request in writing to our email address. The date we receive it is used to calculate any charges.
Charges
To be completed by the business: cancellation charge slabs based on days before travel.
Refunds
To be completed by the business: refund method and timeline.
Non-refundable items
Some items, such as certain flights, permits, safari slots or peak-season bookings, may be non-refundable. These will be highlighted in your quotation.
